We are a committed team acting on behalf of 11 municipalities and work every day to support people in difficult life situations. Now we are looking for you: a Head of Case and Specialist Processing or a

a Head or a Deputy Head of Case and Specialist Processing (80-100%) ##

who wants to shape the future with us from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your role: Leadership that moves

Whether as Head or Deputy - you take responsibility for the operational and strategic direction of our team. Your tasks are as diverse as they are challenging:

• Team leadership with charm and clarity: You lead our case processors, coordinate the recruitment of new team members, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Quality that convinces: You ensure our standards, represent us in exchange with third parties, and further develop the KLIB specialist system.
• Meetings that show impact: You lead meetings, manage controlling processes, and are the contact person for internal and external partners.
• Innovation that inspires: You bring in fresh ideas and actively help shape the further development of our specialist office.

What you bring:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), preferably in administration or the social sector.
• Experience in the areas of social insurance and/or child and adult protection law or training in social insurance law.
• Leadership experience? Even better. But even without it, we are open.
• Experience with KLIB or similar systems is desirable, but not a requirement. The main thing is that you are open to new tools and ready to learn.
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking, and a sense for people. Because leadership does not only mean delegating tasks, but also motivating a team - and sometimes simply listening.
