We are looking for, as soon as possible or by arrangement, a: Night watch for people with disabilities 60-80% ## Tasks ### • As a night watch, you care for and look after our residents during the night (21.00-07.00). • You accompany the residents in agogical and health-related matters. • You design the care and nursing of the residents in a development-promoting and appreciative manner. • You share your knowledge and experience within the team and support the implementation of our standards and concepts. • You are proactive and responsible, contribute your ideas, and actively implement new structures and concepts. Profile ### • You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung, Fachperson Gesundheit, Sozialpädagog:in, or Pflegefachperson. • You bring experience in the care and nursing of people with disabilities. • You enjoy taking on responsibility. • You deal with people with disabilities empathetically and meet them in an appreciative, mindful, and honest manner. • You are a team player and deal with conflicts constructively.
