Tasks

• Collaboration in gastronomic new construction and renovation projects across all project phases
• Coordination of appointments, project participants, and external partners
• Creation of project orders, schedules, presentations, and project filings
• Support with feasibility studies, site assessments, and decision-making bases
• Ensuring internal project communication and creation of status reports
• Participation in cost overviews, offers, and investment requests
• Accompanying concept changes, new openings, and project implementations on-site
• Support with project completion including debriefing and final report

Requirements

• Completed education or further training, ideally in construction, architecture, project management, or the commercial sector
• Initial experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage
• Interest in construction, gastronomy, and company projects
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage
• Willingness to also accompany projects on-site in our establishments
