On-Site Manager (m/w/d)

for demanding customer projects on-site

#yourmission

As an On-Site Manager, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our projects directly at the customer's location. You coordinate the processes on-site, ensure smooth cooperation between customers, the project team, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety specifications are met.

• You plan and organize our construction sites on-site and ensure a smooth process
• You take over the management, execution, and supervision of our assemblies and commissioning
• You create the capacity forecast as well as the required construction site documentation
• You coordinate all work from assembly through to commissioning and to the successful final acceptance
• You lead the assembly and commissioning team on-site organizationally and ensure a clear distribution of tasks
• You keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and project progress and coordinate continuously with the project management
• You are the central contact person on-site for customers, internal specialist departments, suppliers, and subcontractors
• You are responsible for compliance with work, health, and safety regulations on the construction site

• You have a completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
• You have more than three years of experience in on-site management in plant engineering, ideally in intralogistics
• You bring relevant leadership experience in construction projects and know how to clearly coordinate teams on-site
• You are a team player, convince with implementation strength, and always act in a customer-oriented manner
• Communication with different people, stakeholders, and cultures motivates and spurs you on
• High willingness to travel - primary place of work entire Switzerland
• Good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• You possess a valid passenger car driver's license
