In our 3 sites in Rapperswil, Zurich and Saint-Gall, exciting construction projects always await us, which we realize with renowned architects and clients. YOUR TASKS ## • * Responsibility and direction of various demanding new construction and renovation projects • * Communication with clients, specialist planners and contractors in collaboration with the project management • * Conducting site meetings, directing project teams and specialist planners • * Coordination of work processes, monitoring of deadlines and quality control • * Control of measurements, cost control, preparation of tenders for addenda • * Administrative tasks within the project such as preparation and follow-up of meetings, writing minutes, correspondence as well as coordination of appointments • YOUR PROFILE ## • * Basic training in the field of construction, additional training or several years of experience as a site manager or construction technician • * Professional experience in managing construction sites of medium-sized construction projects and experience in the Swiss construction sector with in-depth knowledge of all SIA phases • * Autonomous, responsible and efficient working method in a digital environment • * Great personal initiative, confidence and communicative personality • * Organized, goal-oriented and reliable person • * Perfect mastery of German orally and in writing • * Category B driver's license • WE OFFER ## • * Varied and autonomous field of activity • * Large portfolio of projects successfully completed thanks to long experience and expertise • * Multidisciplinary and motivating working environment with short decision-making paths • * Modern and attractive employment conditions • * Support in professional development *
