Retail Point of Sale Manager Upper Valais (m/f/d) - Permanent - 100% - Brig, Visp, Naters

Your mission: ###

You are responsible for our three points of sale in Upper Valais (Brig, Visp and Naters) and you report to the two department managers for Sales and Catering, based at the headquarters in Sion. You work in close collaboration with the store, restaurant and site managers: you monitor their results, challenge them and accompany them to improve the performance of your network. You remain active on the ground yourself, in order to ensure true proximity, to bring the teams with you and to understand operational issues.

Your main activities: ###

• You ensure a regular presence on the three sites and take on sales/catering shifts alongside the teams;
• You accompany and challenge the store, restaurant and site managers on their results and their operational management;
• You monitor performance indicators (turnover, turnover/hours worked yield, commercial objectives) and define corrective actions with them;
• You ensure compliance with Zenhäusern standards (quality, hygiene, product presentation, customer experience, internal regulations) across the three sites;
• You control team planning and hours monitoring with the site managers;
• You are the preferred interlocutor between the Upper Valais points of sale and the headquarters in Sion;
• You contribute to the organization of local events (markets, animations).

What you bring: ###

• You have significant experience in sales, ideally in retail or the food industry;
• You have solid experience in management or team coaching, and you know how to command respect while remaining close to the field;
• You speak German perfectly and have very good knowledge of French (exchanges with headquarters - minimum B2 level);
• You are comfortable with numbers and the monitoring of commercial indicators;
• You are demanding and results-oriented, while remaining attentive to the teams;
• You are organized, autonomous, and you enjoy both customer contact and management;
• You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays;
• You possess a vehicle and are available to travel between the three sites.
