Socioprofessional reference instructor (M/F)

Location: Mont-sur-Lausanne
Contract: CDI at 100%
Start date: to be agreed

Main tasks
-------------------

• Supervision of OAI (Office de l’assurance-invalidité) trainees: training on activities, development of skills, evaluation, orientation, etc.
• Ensure the follow-up of entrusted integration measures, from their implementation to their assessment, by defining and coordinating the integration project with different partners.
• Individually accompany trainees in their journey, observe their evolution and contribute to the identification of their skills, resources and development areas.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files: observations, assessments, reports, monitoring of hours, exchanges with clients and participation in networks.
• Organize, coordinate and supervise workshop activities, particularly in the fields of mechanics (machining and assembly), logistics, carpentry and repairs.
• Guarantee the proper execution of entrusted activities, as well as compliance with quality requirements and safety standards.

Required skills
---------------------

• Holder of a basic training in a technical/manual field and, ideally, complementary training in the field of support/guidance
• Good understanding of a technical environment and ease in managing various activities.
• Proven experience in socioprofessional supervision, adult training or integration
• Human qualities and interpersonal ease, empathy and openness to supervise people in vulnerable situations
• Sense of organization, ability to coordinate several activities and taste for teamwork.
• Excellent observation, analysis and evaluation skills.
• Very good knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office) and excellent writing skills.
• Experience in the institutional environment, an asset
