Painter

The employer is looking for two: PAINTER DECORATOR (reported profession) Tasks: • surface preparation (skimming, filling, sanding, priming) • interior/exterior painting, finishes and varnishing • execution of works on new constructions and renovations • installation of wallpaper and/or coverings (desirable) • management and cleaning of the construction site in compliance with safety regulations • implementation of external thermal insulation composite systems • creation of plasters and decorative elements Requirements: • proven experience as a construction painter (at least 3 years) • autonomy in the execution of works and good manual skills • knowledge of materials and techniques (water-based paints, enamels, acrylics, etc.) • reliability, punctuality and orientation towards quality • basic knowledge of the Italian language • availability to travel in the area • driving license cat.B • having your own car Employment details: • workplace Ascona • 100% employment • employment immediately, permanent • salary according to the CCL of the sector What we offer: • placement in solid companies and continuous construction sites • contract and conditions according to Swiss CCL (based on canton and role) • dedicated support from the Gi Group team during the selection and placement process
