For our grain collection point in Illnau, we are looking for you as a motivated, committed and flexible personality as deputy manager grain collection point (f/m/d) starting from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Deputy Manager Grain Collection Point (f/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Grain takeover as well as management of the grain silos and storage maintenance
• Grain reception, cleaning, grading and storage
• Quality assurance as well as removal of the grain
• Maintenance and care of the plants / technical maintenance
• Support in ensuring logistics, product quality and traceability as well as hygiene measures and occupational safety
• Assistance with work preparation as well as work and cell planning
• Taking over the deputy role for the Head of Operations

We look forward to this profile

Ideally, you are a miller, mill technician, plant operator, mechanic and/or have an agricultural education or another basic technical education (or practical experience with conveying technology in industry). You also possess technical and organizational flair and have a great interest in agriculture. You keep a cool head in hectic times and are ready to perform additional work during the grain and corn season. You enjoy customer contact, appreciate respectful interaction in the team and are physically resilient. In addition, you want to contribute to the common success with your proactive, independent, responsible and winning manner and look forward to an independent activity in a committed, small team.
