We create transparency, set priorities, and ensure that investments and innovations are implemented effectively. Together with over 350 professionals, we coordinate the IT ecosystem, develop the IT and sourcing strategy, are responsible for budget & controlling, drive IT risk management and governance, and support communication, events, and projects. As CIO Office Manager, you act as an IT in-house consultant, work closely with the CIO and the IT leadership team, and report to the head of the CIO Office. This is what your daily routine looks like ## • At the heart of it: You support the CIO and the IT leadership team in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and ensure that topics are driven forward in a structured manner. • You take over the program control of cross-departmental IT projects and transformation initiatives. In doing so, you lead initiatives professionally - without disciplinary leadership responsibility -, coordinate stakeholders, control dependencies and resources, and ensure timely implementation. • You analyze and structure strategic issues, develop well-founded decision bases, and prepare complex topics in a target-group-specific manner in the form of professional decision templates and presentations for meetings or workshops of various management levels. • You plan and moderate workshops and meetings in a sovereign manner and create suitable decision documents and presentations for this purpose. • If required, you support budget planning, IT controlling, and financial reporting and take on these tasks independently in representation. This is what you bring ## • First and foremost: You have several years of experience in controlling complex IT projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in an agile environment. It's a plus if you have also gained experience in strategy consulting or management consulting. • You have a completed degree in IT, economics, business informatics, or a related field - we appreciate your individual career history. • Thanks to your in-depth project management knowledge and your pronounced organizational and prioritization skills, you lead complex transformation or IT programs to the goal with a clear view and drive. • You create presentations at the executive level independently. With excellent PowerPoint skills, a pronounced sense of storytelling, and a high quality standard, you prepare complex topics in a understandable, visually convincing, and decision-ready manner. • You moderate workshops in a sovereign manner, move safely at C-level, and tackle challenges with enthusiasm. • You convince through strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
