Head of Injection Molding Maintenance (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of your 4-person maintenance team
• Predictive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting and sustainable repairs to production equipment
• Seamless management of maintenance logs and repair records
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) as well as in automation, optimization and * rationalization projects
• Creation of the basis for the repair and maintenance budget as well as its independent compliance

Your experience:

• Basic mechanical training with several years of professional experience; further training (e.g. as a maintenance specialist) is an advantage
• Initial experience in employee leadership is desirable
• Proven knowledge in the maintenance of injection molding machines
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, sensor technology, automation and robotics
• High flexibility, initiative and an independent way of working
