Sales Consultant / Call Agent Direct Marketing (Multimedia / Telecommunications / Consumer Electronics) 100%.

Job Description

• Ensuring proactive customer contact for needs-oriented sales campaigns in the context of advertising measures
• Contacting customers as part of sales activities for products and services
• Conducting high-quality sales conversations, analyzing and forwarding the results of campaigns and market feedback based on an existing questionnaire
• Achieving high customer satisfaction
• Achieving sales and quota targets
• Timely analysis and passing on of campaign and market feedback

Education:

• Initial experience and know-how in dealing with customers as well as a sense for sales.

• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
