Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for two:

Waiter/Waitress - Ristorante Easy (reported profession)

Tasks:

• take and manage reservations via the Localina reservation system
• co-responsible for the daily mise en place
• welcome and bid farewell to customers
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage, and wine menu
• service of food and beverages and ability to provide explanations in DE/IT/E/F
• advise the customer
• prepare the bill and collect payment
• polite communication with customers and colleagues
• independently handle cleaning: clean cutlery or glasses, dispose of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning work
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other venues of the Seven Group

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
