YOUR TASKS ##

• Co-responsibility in the professional nursing and care of patients
• Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• Co-responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Co-responsibility in supporting trainees in everyday life

FURTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ##

• Teamwork and ability to guide employees
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
