For an established company in the Canton Aargau, we are looking for an experienced personality as Project Manager Channel Service (m/f/d) 100% in permanent employment.

Tasks

You are responsible for your projects holistically and ensure that everything is optimally coordinated from the offer to the completion:

• Management of projects from inspection and calculation to post-processing
• Creation of offers and accompaniment of order processing
• Planning, organization, and work preparation (AVOR)
• Competent advice and support for customers
• Coordination and supervision of ongoing work
• Leadership, support, and further development of employees
• Planning of material, operating resources, and required resources
• Coordination of maintenance work
• Ensuring efficient, qualitatively flawless project execution

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in channel service, channel rehabilitation, or a comparable technical area
• Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by suitable further training
• Leadership experience as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
• Good IT user knowledge
• Independent and well-organized way of working
• Pronounced quality and responsibility awareness
• Solution-oriented hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of dealing with customers and working in a team
