Your new challenge: We train approx. 30-40 course participants monthly in the field of warehouse logistics and retail. These basic courses each include an internship, where the knowledge learned in the theoretical part of the course is consequently consolidated through practice. In this function, you will take on the following tasks: * Placement of course participants at internship positions or providers * Acquisition of new internship providers * Support as well as accompaniment of the participants (as coach and coordinator) * Reporting for the assigning bodies (interim and final reports) * Carrying out assessments at our training locations (predominantly ZH and LU) * Visits to internship providers on-site to maintain partnerships * Support in sales internal service and other administrative activities Who are we addressing?
