For one of our customers, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality who wants to contribute their technical know-how and leadership competence in a versatile production environment.

Team Leader Production & Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the production team in day-to-day business
• Planning of employee assignments as well as the required resources
• Ensuring reliable, efficient and safe plant operation
• Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring the specified production goals
• Control and continuous improvement of production and work processes
• Ensuring the required quality standards and performing corresponding controls
• Recording and evaluation of operational and production key figures
• Organization and coordination of maintenance, repair and servicing work with the responsible specialist departments
• Support in the operation and monitoring of technical systems
• Coordination and monitoring of material stocks as well as the storage areas
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental specifications
• Identifying potential for improvement and active participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Your profile

• Completed technical, mechanical or manual vocational training
• Professional experience in a production company, industrial company or comparable technical environment
• Leadership experience is an advantage – motivated personalities who want to take the next step into a leadership function are also welcome
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of a varied production environment
• Good organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
• Valid forklift license
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• User knowledge of common PC programs
• Responsible, reliable and solution-oriented personality
• Assertiveness as well as open and team-oriented communication
• Willingness to work in shift operation if required
