In this exciting role, you are responsible for the support and further development of our distribution network in Switzerland. Tasks

• Support and expansion of the existing customer portfolio in the Swiss market.
• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and distribution partners.
• Planning and implementation of sales strategies to achieve turnover goals.
• Organization and execution of product training and presentations.
• Market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participation in trade fairs and events to represent the brand.
• Regular reporting to the management.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or studies in the field of economics, marketing, or comparable.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the watch or luxury goods industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent and structured way of working with high self-motivation.
• Fluent German and French skills, English skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Affinity for high-quality products and a sense for luxury.
