Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of customer appointments in German and French
• Processing and answering complex written customer inquiries via e-mail
• Telephone support for customers
• Forwarding of calls to the responsible departments
• Support with concerns in the banking environment (e.g. pension fund)
• General administrative activities

Your profile:

• Very good German skills (understanding Swiss German required)
• Experience in banking or in a contact center is an advantage
• Commercial training (KV) is an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge
• Reliable, structured and service-oriented way of working
• Flawless reputation
