Application Specialists (80% - 100%)

For our labor market measure Professional Integration (MMT IP), we are looking to hire an Application Specialist (80% - 100%) ## Main tasks: • design and implement group sequences in fields of action related to job searching • supervise and support participants within a workspace and - if necessary - during their autonomous learning time • conduct initial, follow-up, and final individual interviews • establish and update the program for assigned participants • record the progress and results of the measure for each participant in a case management software • write final reports • coordinate work with other specialists involved • be the interlocutor for the personnel advisors of the assigned participants Requirements: • recognized secondary II or tertiary degree • FSEA adult trainer certificate module 1 (minimum requirement) • proven professional experience of at least 3 years • French as a mother tongue • proven experience in the integration of job seekers into the primary labor market • good ICT knowledge • ability to work with participants from very heterogeneous social and cultural backgrounds Workplace: Tramelan (100 m from the station) Start date: 1st September 2026 or to be agreed Interested?
