Electrician Final Assembly Line CCE, shift work (m/f/d)

A modern aircraft cabin is a complex interplay of mechanics, electrical systems, and intelligent technology. At Bucher Leichtbau, you ensure that our electrical systems function reliably – before our products begin their journey to international customers.
You work on high-quality aircraft interiors, combining electrotechnical know-how with precise assembly work.

• You manufacture and assemble wire harnesses for our aircraft galleys.
• You wire electrical components and assemblies such as electrical panels precisely according to circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
• You bring electrical and mechanical components together and ensure that individual parts become a functioning complete system.
• We work in a 2-shift operation (early and late shifts, however no night shift).
• The net working time in shift operation is 40.25 h/week
• You perform measurements and functional tests and document the results reliably.
• During bonding, you keep an eye on the relevant values and ensure that our high quality requirements are met.
• You support our system engineering with new designs and contribute your practical experience in checking technical drawings.
• You also undertake mechanical assembly, finish, and gluing work in the final assembly area.
• You work where engineering becomes real products – in the final phase before delivery.

You combine electrotechnical know-how with manual skill and an eye for detail.

• Several years of professional experience as an electrical assembler, electromechanic, switchgear assembler, service technician, or in a comparable function
• Enjoyment of precise assembly and wiring work
• Good technical understanding and confident handling of drawings and circuit diagrams
• PC user skills
• Good German skills; English is a plus
• You work independently, carefully, and reliably
• You have a quick grasp and can orient yourself even in more complex technical contexts
• Professional and respectful interaction with colleagues is a matter of course for you
• Readiness for occasional two-shift operation is an advantage
