Medical Assistant - 80% - permanent position # Client Description ## One of our partners, a clinic specialized in rheumatology, is looking for its rare gem: • a medical assistant • Start date: From 10/08/2026 • Activity rate: Ideally 80% • Location: Lausanne Job Description ## On behalf of a recently opened specialized clinic in Lausanne, we are looking for a CFC medical assistant for a temporary assignment with a perspective of a permanent engagement at 80%. The start date is scheduled for 10/08/2026. In this versatile role, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the clinic by ensuring a professional welcome for patients, quality medical support, as well as rigorous administrative management. You will work within a human-sized structure, where organization, autonomy and a sense of service are essential. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: \- Welcome patients with tact, professionalism and benevolence, ensuring their orientation and the fluidity of their care. \- Perform technical procedures within the field of medical assistance, notably blood samples, preparation of equipment and assistance in the smooth running of consultations. \- Perform administrative tasks related to the clinic's activity, such as patient file management, data entry, appointment scheduling and follow-up of medical documents. \- Manage the clinic's mini laboratory, ensuring the preparation, control and good organization of equipment and samples in compliance with current procedures. \- Participate in the general organization of the clinic and collaborate closely with the medical team in order to guarantee efficient, orderly and patient-oriented operation. \- Contribute, according to your skills, to the performance of extended radiology examinations, constituting an important asset for the position and for the development of the activity. \- Ensure the cleanliness, availability and compliance of spaces, equipment and consumables in order to maintain a reliable and pleasant working environment. \- Rigorously apply the hygiene, confidentiality and security rules specific to a medical practice. Profile sought ## For this position, we are looking for a person with a CFC as a medical assistant and confirmed experience in a medical environment, ideally in a practice. Knowledge of the field of rheumatology or a specialized environment constitutes an appreciable advantage. We expect from you: \- A solid mastery of common medical assistance acts, including blood samples, preparation of equipment and management of a mini laboratory. \- Good administrative skills, with ease in managing patient files, planning and using usual IT tools. \- Knowledge of extended radiology, considered a real asset for this function. \- Excellent organization, a keen sense of priorities and a capacity to work methodically in a developing environment. \- A professional, discreet and service-oriented attitude, with clear communication and an excellent sense of contact. \- Autonomy, versatility and reactivity, in order to adapt to a recent structure and to processes destined to evolve. \- A good team spirit, reliability and great rigor in the application of medical and administrative procedures. \- Availability for an activity rate of 80 % as well as a capacity to commit for the long term, the mission being called to lead to a permanent position.
