Project Development Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Project Development Manager (M/F) Your future responsibilities: • You will pilot and coordinate interior architecture projects in the development and/or execution phase, ensuring respect for quality, cost and deadline objectives. • You will develop, develop and monitor project files (plans, technical details, tenders and execution documents) using ArchiCAD. • You will coordinate the different stakeholders (clients, contractors, specialists and companies) and ensure fluid communication throughout the project. • You will supervise the technical and administrative monitoring of projects, ensuring the conformity of the proposed solutions and their feasibility. Your profile: • You have a degree in Architecture HES, EPFL, EPFZ or equivalent • You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company on Swiss territory. Project from A to Z. • You have a sensitivity for sustainable development • You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and regulations regarding workplace safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL ...) is also desired. • You have a very good knowledge of the ArchiCAD software Your conditions: You integrate a structure offering quality conditions, team spirit and staff stability.
