Caretaker / Garden Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) 60–100 % Working region: Kanton Aargau To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and independent caretaker / garden maintenance employee (m/f/d) at a workload of 60–100%, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks Caretaking & Property Maintenance Independent care of various residential and commercial properties Regular inspection walks Cleaning and maintenance of stairwells, entrance areas, and common areas Inspection of technical systems and facilities Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work Provision and cleaning of waste and container areas Replacement of light bulbs and minor technical work Reporting of damage and necessary repairs Contact with tenants, owners, and administrations Winter service according to deployment plan Garden and surroundings work General garden and surroundings maintenance Mowing lawns and lawn care Cutting hedges and shrubs Pruning and care of plants Weed control and care of flower beds Leaf work and seasonal garden work Cleaning and maintenance of paths, squares, and outdoor facilities Operation and maintenance of the necessary machines and equipment What you bring with you Experience in caretaker services, garden maintenance, crafts, or a comparable field is an advantage Manual dexterity and technical understanding Independent, reliable, and clean way of working Enjoyment of physical work and working outdoors Sense of responsibility and careful handling of customer properties Friendly and well-groomed appearance Good German language skills Driving license category B is an advantage Teamwork skills and flexibility Readiness for seasonal work and winter service What we offer you Varied activity with a lot of independence Care of various properties in Kanton Aargau Modern work tools and machines A well-coordinated and uncomplicated team Fair employment conditions Opportunity for long-term cooperation Independent work with responsibility Varied combination of caretaker services, cleaning, and garden maintenance We are looking for a person who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and sees what needs to be done.
