Start date: 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, fixed-term until 31 December 2027 Workplace: Bern Do you want to participate in the development of cantonal jurisprudence and do you enjoy drafting judgments and decisions? The 2nd Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court handles appeals according to the CPP and appeals in enforcement matters. The Criminal Section comprises three criminal chambers and the Criminal Appeals Chamber. Your tasks As a clerk, you participate in the clarification of legal questions and have the opportunity to personally draft draft judgments within the framework of written proceedings. You participate in the preparation of hearings and the drafting of the report, you take the minutes during hearings and you then draft the written reasoning of the judgment. You respond to the written questions of the parties and the authorities and you advise the secretariat.
