For one of our partners in the Riviera vaudoise, we are looking for Specialized Educators ES/HES available for occasional or long-term missions. Specialized Educator M/F Your responsibilities Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities. Participate in the implementation of individualized educational projects. Promote the development of abilities, autonomy and the well-being of the people being supported. Ensure support adapted to the specific needs related to multiple disabilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in handovers. Guarantee a secure and caring framework. Your profile Diploma of Educator ES, HES or a title deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland. Experience with people in situations of disability, ideally multiple disabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of support. Ability to adapt, autonomy and team spirit. Flexible availability for replacement missions.
