As a Technical Insurance Manager As a Technical Manager Property / Assets, based in Fribourg, you ensure the technical management of a portfolio of corporate insurance contracts (liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims processing, in coordination with insurers, clients, and Sales Managers. You ensure regular contact with clients, mainly by e-mail and by telephone, supplemented by in-person meetings or video conferences. Technical Insurance Manager Your missions Updating and managing the portfolio according to client needs and market evolution Risk analysis Adaptation and optimization of coverages Management of calls for tender and preparation of comparisons Presentation of results to clients Claims monitoring and management Negotiation with insurance companies Advising clients and portfolio loyalty Your profile Proven experience in property and asset insurance, with a Federal Diploma of specialist in insurance or equivalent training Proficiency in office tools and insurance management software (type Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.) Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, sense of analysis, rigor and autonomy Interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, client orientation and strong team spirit Mastery of French orally and in writing Workplace: Fribourg Activity rate: 80% to 100% Contract type: CDI Why join us?
