Alnovis AG, based in Rothenburg near Luzern, is one of the leading fundraising agencies in Switzerland and exclusively supports non-profit organizations.
For over 25 years, we have been supporting our clients throughout the entire fundraising process: from strategy & conception to implementation and controlling, through to data management and analysis.
With our integrated mix of instruments, we accompany NPOs in sustainably developing their fundraising activities and thus securing their project work as well as the growth of the organization. Around half of our 100 employees work in the in-house Dialog-Center.

Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Very good German skills, good language skills in Italian are an advantage
Your role
Holistic support and further development of fundraising clients
Planning, coordination, and optimization of integrated fundraising campaigns (Direct Marketing, telephone fundraising, etc.)!
Analysis and interpretation of campaign and project data
Close cooperation with internal teams (Creation, Production, Data/CRM, Dialog Center)
Budget responsibility as well as campaign controlling within the client mandate
