These are your tasks

• Optimal technical sales support for the assigned field sales representatives
• Complete processing of the quotation and order management
• Oral and written contact with customers and our branches
• Competent advice in all installation technical matters
• Checking of quotations and orders for technical and commercial correctness
• Monitoring delivery dates of customer orders
• Compiling technical documentation and/or documents

What you bring with you

• Technical training as a heating installer, heating or building services technician, sanitary installer or similar - combined with commercial experience
• Good communication skills with internal partners and external customers
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Service-oriented thinking and ability to work in a team
