Our client, an industrial SME in full development, is looking for a:

Purchasing & Supplier Follow-up Manager (M/F)

Main Missions

• Rigorous monitoring of purchase orders and active management of the supplier portfolio.
• Daily follow-ups (written and telephone) to guarantee strict compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Rapid processing and resolution of first-level commercial disputes.
• Regular updating of purchasing databases and coordination with local logistics teams.

Profile Sought

• Availability: Immediate or very short term (urgent start).
• Academic training: Holder of an academic administrative diploma, ideally obtained in Portugal.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1/B2) indispensable for daily professional exchanges. Good operational level of French.
• Soft skills: Ease on the phone, reactivity, rigor, tenacity and sense of follow-up.

Important precision:
No previous experience in the Swiss labor market is required. Professional experience acquired abroad in the field of purchasing, supply chain or commercial management is fully valued.
