To strengthen our workshop, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous person motivated to evolve with us.

Your missions
Production

• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines dedicated to spring manufacturing
• Ensure production in compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
• Perform manual grinding of small series
• Carry out heat treatments according to defined parameters (temperature, duration, material)

Tooling and organization

• Manufacture the necessary tooling on conventional machines
• Manage stock rigorously
• Contribute to the organization and improvement of the workshop

Your profile

• CFC as polymécanicien.ne, mécanicien.ne de précision or equivalent training
• 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical production
• Solid general knowledge in mechanics
• Basic CNC programming skills are necessary
• Autonomous, conscientious and flexible according to the workload
• Comfortable in a small structure where tasks are varied
• Fluent French, good basic German spoken; English is an asset
• Interest in taking on workshop responsibilities in the long term
