Your tasks

• Support and accompany people with psychological challenges in everyday work
• Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and compliance with deadlines and quality standards
• Support in production planning
• Accompany inclusive offers
• Administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the technical field, logistics or comparable education
• Organisational flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Experience or further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
• Good IT user skills (Microsoft 365)
• Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
• Openness and joy in shaping and implementing
