A SPECIALIZED CORPORATE LAW / M&A LAWYER AT 80 – 100%

In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the department, making use of your expertise while evolving in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

Profile sought

You hold a university degree in Swiss law and the Swiss bar exam; You have at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, commercial law, and mergers & acquisitions, acquired within a law firm in Switzerland; You demonstrate excellent analytical skills in legal matters and express yourself clearly in French and English, German being an asset; You like working both in a team and autonomously, demonstrate flexibility, and have a solid sense of responsibility.
