Nursing Service Manager HF (PDL) m/f – 60–100 %

To strengthen and further develop our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible Nursing Service Manager HF.

Your tasks:

• Technical and organizational management of the nursing department
• Establishment, leadership, and further development of the nursing team
• Ensuring high-quality and needs-based care
• Responsibility for care planning, care documentation, and quality assurance
• Implementation and monitoring of needs assessments
• Deployment planning and coordination of nursing assignments
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives, insurance companies, and authorities
• Co-design and optimization of internal nursing processes

Your profile:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the Spitex sector (not mandatory)
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Knowledge of Swiss nursing and Spitex structures
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, resilience, and organizational talent
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
• Driver's license category B
