To strengthen the sales office, we are looking for a dedicated working student 40-50% (m/f/d) for German-speaking Switzerland, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks Support of the sales office in daily business; Creation and processing of offers, orders and invoices in the ERP system; Support in order processing as well as delivery and appointment coordination; Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers and internal contact persons; Processing of customer inquiries as well as administrative support for sales consultants; Maintenance of customer, article and order data in the ERP system; Support in the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes; General administrative work to relieve the sales office team Your profile Ongoing studies (FH/Uni/HF), ideally in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable field; Ideally residing in the Bern or Zürich area; Enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities; Independent, structured and reliable way of working; High service and customer orientation; Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office); Experience with ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; Quick comprehension as well as interest in commercial processes; Team player, communicative and committed personality; Very good German skills in speaking and writing What we offer A dynamic environment and the chance to take on a responsible task in a successful company.
