Further information can be found under Your tasks For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which is leading for the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and printed circuit boards for the entire MT Group, we are looking for a motivated and independent Supply Chain Designer 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon-Greifensee location, effective immediately. Within our team, you are the hub and, based on your analyses and models, make a significant contribution to more transparency. The role offers many design opportunities in building up the area of responsibility in an agile environment. In projects, you work closely with various departments to develop innovative solutions and increase efficiency in the supply chain. Furthermore, you support the implementation of best practices and new technologies to continuously improve the performance of the supply chain. In this function, you undertake the following activities: * You collect, analyze, link and visualize logistics and production data. * Development of a meaningful end-to-end reporting structure. * You lead and support projects in the supply chain. * You support optimization initiatives in procurement and at the interfaces between purchasing, planning, logistics, and production. * You proactively identify supply and demand fluctuations as well as their impact on the manufacturing areas. * You develop, simulate and implement optimization scenarios. Your profile The following requirements are made for this position: * You have a completed higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or Business Informatics or similar. * You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain Management, in an analytical role or Data Science is an advantage. * Additionally, you have experience in project management; knowledge in procurement or purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment, is an advantage. * You possess experience in the ERP system SAP S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud and Intuiflow is an advantage. * You possess high motivation and initiative, as well as a strong analytical mindset and bring flexibility and agility to change processes. * Fluent German and very good English skills are required.
