Our established architecture office in the Stadt Bern specializes in renovations and conversions under monument and heritage protection. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Manager (Structural Drafter / Technician HF), workload 80 - 100 %, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks in brief:

• Creating execution and detail plans; handling the tendering process
• Execution and cost responsibility for small to medium-sized construction projects
• Coordination and on-site construction management

What you bring with you:

• Training as a Structural Drafter EFZ with further training as a Technician HF or Construction Manager
• Experience and genuine joy in building in existing structures and in a historical context
• Sound structural engineering knowledge as well as know-how in building services (HLKS) and building physics
• Strong communication skills (team & construction site); German as a native language (other languages are a plus)
• Proficient in using ArchiCad and the common Adobe programs
• Driver's license Cat. B
