Your future begins here # You design ServiceNow solutions from idea to implementation and help our customers to digitize processes in a clear and effective manner. You work together with specialist departments, architecture, development, and operations and translate customer needs into viable solutions. You take responsibility in projects, moderate workshops, and bring experience in solution design and implementation. Together we promote exchange, personal responsibility, and further development. • Consulting and implementation of complex ServiceNow projects in IT Service Management and Customer Service Management and other ServiceNow applications • Responsibility for requirements, solution design, architecture issues, and coordination with specialist departments • Use of modern ServiceNow functions for automation, artificial intelligence, and efficient processes • Rapid entry into ongoing customer projects with high personal responsibility • Collaboration with Swisscom B2B customers, development teams, operations, and Product Owners Your Skills • Several years of experience in ServiceNow projects with configuration, implementation, and introduction for demanding customers • Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, preferably in IT Service Management or Customer Service Management; other focuses such as IT Operations Management are an advantage • Experience with moderating customer workshops, recording requirements, defining User Stories, developing solution designs, and architecture issues in an agile environment • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent degree • Very good German and English in spoken and written form • You recognize connections, structure complex issues, and derive actionable steps from them • You enjoy working with customers, specialist departments, and technical teams and take responsibility • You remain calm under tight schedules, prioritize clearly, and advance projects quickly With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
