We are strengthening our team! In this role as a Sales Engineer, you have the opportunity to decisively support sales in the Fire Safety area of the Bern branch.

What you achieve

• You win new customers, maintain existing relationships and specifically build contacts with decision-makers and influencers.
• You identify and acquire projects in the area of new construction, expansion and modernization of existing systems.
• You carry out customer visits, provide competent on-site advice and present our solutions convincingly.
• You plan and implement sales activities in close coordination with your manager.
• You process tenders and create tailor-made, convincing offers.
• You conclude factory and maintenance contracts and ensure smooth implementation.
• You inspire our customers with your commitment and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• You observe the market and the competition, derive sales opportunities from them and process them independently.
• You maintain the customer base in SAP, record relevant data, manage it and always keep it up to date.

What you bring

• Your basic training in electrical engineering provides the ideal basis.
• Completed further training in the field of business administration or sales rounds off your profile.
• Experience in fire detection technology is a valuable plus.
• You have a confident and convincing appearance, possess good presentation skills and enjoy direct customer contact.
• You work independently, structured and proactively, have a quick grasp of matters and convince with commitment and reliability.
• A strong customer, project and service orientation characterizes you.
• You have very good user knowledge in MS Office.
• You possess a category B driver's license
