Personnel reshuffle in youth work Regensdorf - and you right in the middle of it? Our youth officer Isi has become a mommy. For one year, our youth worker Alex will take over her leadership function. This offers you the opportunity to become part of our great & well-coordinated team for one year. Effective immediately, we are looking for - fixed-term until the end of August 2027 - a Youth Worker (all) 60 - 80 % ## Your tasks: • Open meeting and project work as well as youth culture work • Low-threshold counseling and coaching of adolescents and young adults • Active networking with relevant actors in the social space What you bring with you: • Completed degree in Social Work FH or HF • Professional experience in youth work • Fine sense for youth-relevant topics • Independent, proactive way of working and joy in working in a team • Main working days: Tuesday to Friday • Willingness to work in the evening and partly on the weekend (incl. surcharges) This is us: We like to laugh together, exchange ideas regularly, support each other, and consciously pay attention to our psycho-hygiene.
