What you bring with you

• Training as a specialist in facility management (EFZ) or caretaker with federal specialist certificate and several years of professional experience, qualification as a vocational trainer
• Joy in accompanying apprentices (PRA, EBA, EFZ) in everyday life - or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this role
• You communicate clearly, act empathetically and enjoy working in a practical manner
• Your way of working is structured, responsible and characterized by a high level of safety awareness
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you and you value the exchange with other specialists

What you can achieve

• You ensure daily facility management, actively assist in building operations and take on the personnel leadership of one directly subordinate employee
• In everyday work, you accompany apprentices at the various training levels (PRA, EBA and EFZ) and impart important practical competencies to them
• Planning, coordination and documentation in the ticketing system are part of your daily business
• You design structured and effective training in everyday work
• Safety is the focus - even during demanding or high-risk work, you accompany the apprentices in a resource-oriented and reliable manner
