Your contribution

• Take leadership of a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees, promoting their professional development
• Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects, and direct their implementation
• Coordinate internal and external actors to ensure optimal execution of projects
• Provide support and advice to the Portfolio Management specialist sector regarding resolution strategies
• Elaborate plans, standards, and prescriptions for strategic real estate management

What distinguishes you

• Architect or civil engineer with a diploma issued by a university or a university of applied sciences with specialization in business administration, or business economist with specialization in the real estate sector or construction economics
• Experience in real estate management and project development; strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a systemic approach
• Willingness to provide performance with maximum commitment, autonomy, and competence; excellent leadership skills with proven results in employee development and motivation
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, psychophysical resilience, and flexibility
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third

In collaboration with your team, you will define projects, assign mandates to external partners, and coordinate their implementation within a unique real estate portfolio. As a motivated specialist, you will actively utilize your skills and will be able to relate to internal and external interlocutors in a confident and situational manner.
