Co-Educator

For our new location in Rapperswil, we are looking for a warm professional starting from Spring 2027 who accompanies our children mindfully, sensitively and as a «Co-Explorer» through everyday life.

YOUR ROLE & TASKS

• Mindful everyday life:

You accompany the children as a «Co-Explorer» in their individual educational and developmental processes, convey security and ensure a clear rhythm that provides orientation.

• Relational care:

You carry out nursing activities sensitively and relationally according to the principles of Emmi Pikler.

• Concept & project implementation:

You actively implement our pedagogical focuses in the areas of movement, aesthetics and nature (e.g. Lapurla) in everyday life and document the children's developmental steps.

• Teamwork at eye level:

You work hand in hand with the group leader, enthusiastically contribute your ideas in team meetings and actively help shape group life.

• Educational partnership:

You maintain an appreciative, warm and trusting exchange with parents during daily door-and-hinge conversations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Qualification:

Completed training as a specialist in childcare, child specialization (FaBe Kind EFZ), childcare worker or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical qualification.

• Attitude & sensitivity:

A reflective, empathetic personality with high mindfulness for the needs and signals of the children.

• Pedagogical heart:

Readiness and joy in engaging deeply with pedagogy, Lapurla and modern approaches to early childhood development.

• Languages & setting:

Joy in working in a bilingual environment (German/English; openness to the English language is required, native speaker level is not necessary).

• Personality:

Warmth, reliability, team spirit and enthusiasm for actively helping to shape the new establishment of a location.
