Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensuring that products are manufactured within quality standards. Management of HACCP as well as audits (ISO, BRC, FSCC 22000 etc.). Monitoring and controlling all operational processes in the plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. Quick identification and solution of operational problems. Budget management, production planning, as well as ensuring a cost-efficient operation. Development and implementation of strategies to increase productivity and efficiency. Leadership, coaching, and development of plant personnel and supervisors. Monitoring of KPIs as well as creation of performance reports for upper management. Regular reporting to the operative management of the group. Requirements Successfully completed technical training, e.g. process engineering, mechanical engineering (with long-term professional experience also technician or master). Ideally, experience in the packaging industry or in a technical manufacturing environment for better understanding of quality and production requirements. 5–10 years of management experience in a manufacturing company as production manager or plant manager. Knowledge of business administration and management principles (budget planning, strategic planning, resource allocation, and key figures). Experience in a results-oriented, pragmatic work style with high methodical standards. Pronounced leadership qualities and experience in personnel management. Strong communication skills and social competence. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge in the field of production management, supply chain logistics, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Very good English w/s
