Psychologist (m/f/d) in psychotherapy training, 60 to 100 %, Zürich or Biel

Those in psychotherapy training are looking for a position where treatment, professional supervision, and medical collaboration complement each other meaningfully. This is exactly what we are currently building at klaroADHS for psychological psychotherapy, and you will help shape it. You will work under the professional supervision of an experienced management and closely with a medical team specialized in ADHD in adults.

klaroADHS is a specialized outpatient service for the assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults, with locations in Zürich and Biel and supplementary video consultations. The provider is 1050Medical GmbH.

What awaits you

• Psychotherapeutic individual treatments for adults in the prescription model (Anordnungsmodell), on-site and via video consultation
• Planning, documentation, and reports on your treatments
• Case discussions and coordination with the prescribing physicians
• Co-shaping the development of the psychological psychotherapy department

What you bring

• Master's degree in psychology (recognized in Switzerland)
• You are already in psychotherapy training
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
• Willingness to work regularly on-site at one of the two locations
• Careful, independent way of working and enjoyment of clearly structured processes

What we offer you

• Regular supervision and case discussions
• Participation in your training with a cost contribution and training days
• CHF 80'000 gross per year at a workload of 100 %
• Working hours Monday to Friday, no weekend, night, or on-call services
• Flexible division between presence and video consultation, workload of 60 to 100 %
• 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from age 50
• Creative freedom in building a new department
• Workplace Zürich or Biel, easily accessible by public transport
