We are looking for a motivated and committed Security Officer. You will play an essential role in protecting our employees, our facilities, and our activities. Responsible for occupational safety and fire protection, you will be a major player in prevention, continuous improvement, and the development of a true safety culture within the company.

Important notes: The position is attached to the Ecublens site, with travel to Cheseaux to be expected.

What you accomplish ###

• Ensure the compliance of Migros Online according to the Migros group company solution.
• Identify, assess, and prevent occupational risks within the company.
• Advise management, executives, and staff on occupational safety issues, and develop safety, emergency, and fire protection plans.
• Train and raise awareness among employees regarding effective and sustainable practices in safety and risk prevention.
• Examine all incidents and accidents, analyze their causes, and propose appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
• Participate in safety audits, write reports for the management team, and be the contact person for internal and external auditors.

What you bring ###

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: Federal Diploma of STPS Specialist or equivalent
• Professional experience: At least 2 years in a similar function, in logistics or industry
• Please attach a copy of your work certificates as well as your Federal Diploma of STPS Specialist or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (and vehicle to travel between sites)
• Regular contact with Migros group companies and frequent collaboration with German-speaking interlocutors.
• French (B2)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
