Sales Supporter 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Supporting the mandate management in insurance analyses in coordination with the specialist departments
• Organization and coordination of sales activities
• Pre- and post-processing of annual meetings and presentations
• Independent management of administrative activities in the context of customer relationships and master data maintenance
• First-level support for customers for simple requests and changes on our online platform
• Obtaining and preparing information and offers from our insurance partners in coordination with the mandate management
• Location-related work and branch responsibility for the location

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry
• Further training as an insurance specialist with federal diploma or certificate as an insurance intermediary VBV (registration with FINMA is required)
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Good general knowledge in various insurance sectors
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Customer-oriented and independent way of working
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written language, other languages are a plus
