Across five sites, we create a safe, well-organized, and pleasant living environment for people aged 18 and over who depend on care and assistance. To this end, tilia provides all services in an integrated manner. In addition to care and assistance, this also includes tasks in administration, gastronomy, cleaning & housekeeping, technical services, management, and other support areas. That is why we are offering, immediately or by arrangement, a position as a catering service employee at 60% at tilia Ittigen. Your mission • autonomously ensure tidy service for our residents in the dining room (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • responsible for menu orders and stock management • various cleaning and transport tasks • co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards in the dining room Our requirements • training in the field of hospitality/housekeeping or experience in a similar function • pleasure in working and in contact with people requiring care • neat appearance and very good oral and written knowledge of German (understanding of dialect an advantage) • strong awareness of quality and spirit of service • availability to work on weekends • autonomous, flexible, and communicative personality Our offer • fixed daily schedules from 07:15 to 13:00 or from 16:30 to 18:45 • varied activity within an open and interdisciplinary team • numerous possibilities for continuing education and development • corporate health management including participation in the costs of sports activities, birthday gift • modern working conditions and support from specialized teams and experts • planned adherence to the long-term care collective labor agreement 2027 Contact Are you interested in this versatile and exciting position?
