In this exciting dual function, you will undertake both the leadership and coordination of our Housekeeping\-teams as well as the direct operative site management. Your tasks: Support in the leadership and coordination of the team, consisting of Housekeeping Managers, Floor Supervisors, and Room Maids at several locations. Organization and monitoring of cleaning processes in our hotel properties. Participation in compliance with budget and contract specifications. Active co-design and improvement of internal processes as well as quality standards. Responsibility for the daily site management in the Housekeeping\-area. Ensuring a smooth workflow in daily operations. Accompanying and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Conducting training sessions and briefings to promote the team. Support in the recruitment of new employees. Deputizing for the Housekeeping Managers during absences. Quality control of guest rooms. Your qualifications: Completed training in the field of hospitality, cleaning, facility management, or a comparable qualification is an advantage. Professional experience in the cleaning industry. Initial experience in leading employees is desirable. Confident, well-groomed appearance and high customer orientation. Motivated, committed personality who is used to working independently. Willingness for occasional assignments on weekends or during fringe hours. Organizational talent, service awareness, and strong communication skills. Solution-oriented thinking and acting.
