We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 80’000 to CHF 89’900 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• You lead a team of around 20 employees, promote their development, and together with them, ensure the reliable storage and retrieval as well as the supply of the work areas with containers.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the timely dispatch of inter-center connections and ensure smooth transport and handling processes in compliance with safety and quality specifications.
• As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create the prerequisites for efficient and smooth operational processes.
• Together, you create the deployment planning and design goal-oriented team meetings.
• You develop your employees based on clear goals and support them as a coach in their daily work.
• By actively participating in daily business, you support your team and lead by example.
